In order to make any changes to your website you must be logged into the "backend" of your website. The "frontend" of the site is what the general public sees when they are viewing your site. From the backend you can edit, create, and delete sections of your website, install or change templates, and more.

To begin, open your web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc) and type the URL to your website followed by "/administrator". For example, if your website URL is www.MyWebsite123.com then you type "www.MyWebsite123.com/administrator".

You will then be prompted to enter a user name and password. When you signed up for a website with us you were given a copy of the website agreement which also had important information including your username and password. The username and password to log into the backend of your website is listed as "Joomla admin & password" on that sheet. Once you enter that information you will then be logged into the backend of your website (remember that capitol letters are underlined in your passwords and usernames).
