Backup information:
The server is backed up daily. This is hardware level protection to ensure server uptime. Your website can not be restored from this daily backup. This does not protect against software errors, user mistakes, tampering, or any other cause of website issues.
Advanced website backups contain the files, settings, and database that make up your website. Website backups are copied outside of your web space as soon as they are created.
Only up to the most recent 13 backups will be kept. Total website backups will not exceed 10 GB. If you have large amounts of media or content then they will be excluded from the backups upon request. Backups that exceed 10 GB may only be partial backups and your data may be at risk. Older Backups will be deleted as room is needed.
